unbelievable for what I have terrible experience today when went to Glen Waverley branches to buy a pair of front and rear brake pads for my car, and your staff overcharged 10 dollars more. The front is $54.99 and the rear is 39.99. However, I paid both as expensive price 54.99 each. Actually, I don't think this is simple negligence, it's definitely cheating customers on purpose. Because I talked with 223945 Kwan first and he repeated what I need, and write down the notes for his colleagues to help me find out what I exactly need from the shelf. He overcharge that. The manager Shawn said it is just scanned twice. That is so ridiculous and these packages are totally different.What is making me so angry is the manager didn't feel any shame and no apology, just said refund the gap, and his attitude is so aggressive and don't let me say anything. I don't know whether the staff did this to other customers like me. This is the worst experience since I become a supercheap member. Double check your items on the receipt.

One staff is so approachable and friendly; while the other got me think whether the store's bag-searching policy is really indiscriminate or with other hidden agenda?

Lovely staff. Quick to assist. Had the product I was after at the price I wanted. Staff helped me quickly through the register and I was out the door in a flash. Faultless!
