Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Lizzy was so lovely to deal with and helped me decide on the perfect carpet to suit my family as well as the look I was after. Perkash, who installed my carpet did a flawless job. I am now looking at getting new blinds with them in the new year. I couldn't be happier. I highly Recommend this company :)

Excellent service from the time we entered the store to the time it was laid. Lizzy and Matthew were great ---especially considering our indecisiveness. Once decided upon Rafael and his Brazilian mate were great laying the wool carpet---worked bloody hard. Not the cheapest but I would thoroughly recommend going with this quality team. Thanks

Could not be happier. We had a bit of an emergency with water damage which needed to be fixed ASAP and Flooring FX came through in a big way. We talked to them on Saturday at lunch time and by Monday lunch time the new carpet was laid! Obviously this could only happen because they had the carpet in stock, but they worked with us to find a carpet which they had and which worked in the space.Highly recommended. Great professionalism. Will definitely be using them again.

Elizabeth, who assisted my partner and me on our first visit to this store, was knowledgeable about the products, and she was also very friendly and helpful. Great work done on my new vinyl floor.This company is professional and have affordable prices that comes with experience and quality work. I’m from the mountains and I went to the city to find them and they will definitely be hearing from me again for any new jobs. Highly recommend.
