Call Doctors Home Visit Services

I called for a doctor overnight and was visited within an hour, my son had difficulty breathing, the Doctor was very helpful and even gave medication to give instant relief of his breathing.

Called to book one of my children in. Was told dr would be there within 2 hours, 5 hours later and 2 follow up calls later still nothing. Cancelled. Would of been seen quicker at A&E which is saying something.

Booked a doctor for my wife at 4.28 on 08/07/2018; called back again after approx 2 hours and finally called to cancel the doctor at 9.00pm so as to try and get my wife rested for the night.My wife was (and is) in severe pain in her eye complicated by a severe cold virus which antibiotics were not helping.So disappointed but worse than that I could not offer my wife any relief as I too am suffering badly with the cold virus.

Great service though my only suggestion is to give an estimated wait time upon booking. The doctor arrived in about an hour but was only given a call 10 mins prior to his arrival. Knowledgeable doctor and friendly. Will definitely be using this again if it’s difficult to see our regular GP.

I feel terribly ill on a recent long weekend in Albury NSW. I called this service for a home visit and the service provided by Dr Beloved was topnotch! He was quick to arrive, attentive and knew what he was doing. I can't thank you enough Doc. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Doctors English is terrible could not understand him and just came across rude. If your spoken English is poor do not take phone consultations as this is confusing to the patients and dangerous because the patent has no idea on what your diagnoses is or what medicine to take. Having the inability to speak clear English is extremely dangerous.

I called the home doctor for my 5 year old son who had a rash that was spreading... doctor came didn't check his temp, didn't pay to much attention just told me it wasn't anything to worry about, just a reaction to food... then left... not to mention I could barely understand him.. a week later and he still has the rash.. ive booked in to see a regular GP to discuss what the go is! I was not impressed with this service... id probably drive to the hospital no matter how small the matter was before i called this doctor over again!!

Do not use, go straight to the emergency room. I called at 9pm and was told I would be seen within two hours.. another three calls later and I was still waiting... it's now 7.38am the next day and no doctors turned up I'm supposed to be seen within 12hours for assessment! Absolutely disgraceful I stayed up all night and now am worse off. Very angry

A Very happy and friendly doctor did my home visit and made my kids laugh alot.. very quick service, very polite. Very happy I will be using this service alot now.

Called the Dr's service at the advice of Nurse on call, at 9pm last night (May 24, 2019) they advised on initial call that the Dr would be here within 2 hours. I was happy with this as it would save having to wait around the hospital emergancy department. A little after 12am, I called back to ask if there was an estimated time of arrival? They advised on the phone they dont have one as they just call the dr with the details and thats it. She said she could leave a message for the Dr to give me a call to advise roughly how long.... there was no phone call. At 2am my husband called back, same story, advised the same thing, he said please get them to call or text us as it was getting very late and it had been 5 hours since initial call.That was the last contact with them. They never showed up, they didnt call or text, just nothing. No serbice provided whatsoever. I could have/should have just gone to A&E.Terrible
