Very professional service from Frank and his team. From initial site inspection to providing detailed quote and scheduling the work all and all was smooth. I believe the most important one was that Frank provided detailed quotation which other AC companies that I tried to get pricing did not provide the same. I would strongly recommend Ocean Air.

Excellent Service. Timely and reliable customer service. They came out with quotes and started within 24hrs and were the most competitive in price by far. The installer was experienced and knowledgeable. Weeks after installation they were just as willing to help as the initial call out. They are now my on going Service providers for future ducted services and or repairs 100%!

Frank's team has done an excellent job, from quotation to installation of the ducted AC, they have turned the impossible to possible, I had a few different quotes, most of them required us to cut the ceiling in order to remove the old system, but Frank's team did it, the price was reasonable, the team turned up on time and professional through the whole installation. Frank's team installed a ducted air con and split air con system in our home. The workmanship of his team was top quality, the prices were reasonable, and Frank was a pleasure to deal with.I obtained quotes from a number of suppliers, and Frank's quote was the standout, both in terms of price and the detail and consideration to what was the best system for our home. After sending through the quote, I had a number of questions which Frank responded to quickly and with lots of detail (including pictures). Frank's recommendations were very helpful and ensured that the system would operate efficiently but would be a minimal presence in our house.Frank's team installed both systems in one day, an incredible effort given the amount of work needed. The team were careful to ensure that our ceiling was not damaged in any way - difficult given the fragile plaster ceilings on our federation home - and paid special attention to ensuring that the ducted vents would not be noticeable. Everything looks perfect. The team cleaned everything up at the end of the day and left no mess, and were careful to lay blankets over our furniture.The system is incredibly efficient and is operating far better than I expected. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ocean Air to friends and family - honestly the best service.

It is a great pleasure to recommend Frank and his team to anyone who is interested to install new air-conditioning system. They are prompt, courteous and thoroughly professional and competent. Leader of the team carrying out the installation and the working bees constitute an integrated whole for the total is much more than additive sum.

Frank and team were amazing from the beginning... quotation -> site visit-> decommissioning -> installation, everything went like clockwork. I had a few things to be done in specific order due to other work going on in the house and Frank was accommodating with it. So far, everything works like as expected and I have a good experience with the after sales too since I called him a couple of times after the installation and he responded to it like Im new business to him. The Ocean Air team from the get go were stand out. They provided a quote with fast turn around and also provided options with the quote.Once we decided to move forward our fully ducted system was installed and completed within a week. Frank's team did an excellent job. From quotation to installation of the ducted AC, the team were very responsive and professional. I had quite a few people quote me without even coming out to see the existing system and the amount of work involved. Frank came out the following day of me posting the job on Hi Pages , thoroughly inspected the existing AC and recommended best options for us. Our quote was received promptly with all the necessary information for us to make a decision in terms of which option we would proceed with.The price was reasonable, the team turned up on time and professional through the whole installation. They covered floorboards and areas they were walking across and ensured everything was left clean once they finished. I would not hesitate recommending them to others.
