Jade was lovely and very patient. It's a shame that the store doesn't have a direct phone number. Also the only thing with Vodafone is that the only tech support is either online or on the phone which isn't helpful for alot of older people.

Walked in to port my number and walked out 15 minutes later with my new sim in the phone, port complete, and 5G/VoLTE/VoWiFi working instantly (unlike other networks I've been with). Great service from Jade, she was awesome. Not the first positive experience I've had from this store, I also bought my note 20 ultra 5g from them last year

Store manager was very helpful and kind today in-store. I had some troubles with my phone upgrade and he was able to solve the problem and fix the situation in a calm and kind manner.

Went there hoping to add 2 more lines, there were 4 attendees and one of Indian origin guy who claimed to be manager was very rude with me I ended up crossing over to Optus after a rude response from him , intially we waited for him for about 5minutes to finish on a casual call he was on with his hand in his pocket and laughing

We had the worst experience in the Elizabeth store with the store manger. He was rude, unwilling to help and made our whole experience difficult and unpleasant. I will never go in there for anything no matter how desperate I am.
