With three young people in our house (all of home love their ball sports) we have had many occasion to use Eltham Glass to come (often at very short notice) to repair a window. We have found their customer service to be efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. The face to face service when at our house doing the window work has always been professional and exemplary. We haven't been disappointed with their customer service or their work and can recommend them.

Undertaking a significant kitchen and laundry renovation across various trades recently, we found the customer service shown by Ryan and Justine to be outstanding. From the quoting process to the installation, we were so impressed with the communication, expertise and effort to complete and deliver our multiple glass splashbacks. Highly skilled, friendly and honest, I wouldn't go anywhere else for anything glass or window related. I only wish more trade companies were like Eltham Glass.

Need to replace a broken glass hinge panel for my pool fence. Took in the hinge to Eltham Glass, they designed, ordered and delivered the complex panel, fits perfectly. Easy to deal with, very helpful, recommend to anyone

Got broken into today and had a window smashed out. Once the scene was cleared by Police I called these guys and our window was replaced and job done within 90 minutes max. Very happy.

Prompt professional service from the guys this morning after I rang with an urgent request. Having accidentally smashed a glass window, the boys were here in a short time and repaired the window, cleaned up the debris and installed a great replacement safety glass. Thanks again.

Fabulous customer service. The young lady who I spoke with over the phone was nothing but helpful, friendly and understanding. (I had a lot of questions) when the two men came to do the work (Ryan and Ryan) we couldn’t have been happier with the job. They turned up on time, were neat and tidy in getting rid of the old glass and swapping it for the new. Windows look fantastic. We will be getting them back for our bathroom renovations in the future. These guys know their stuff and have fabulous ideas! Thanks Eltham Glass. One very happy customer!!
