Attendant behind the cash register is a little slow and I still don’t understand why it required another team member to assist me with Click & Collect whilst it was in the register area and there was no queue of customers; please train the cashier to perform the customer collection stage of the order to limit customer waiting time.

Chemist Warehouse has an abundant supply of vitamins and personal care items, as well as filling prescriptions.Chemist Warehouse at Charlestown is open until late every day which has proved to be very convenient, on many occasions for me.Parking can be an issue, but driving around the block" usually finds a vacant car parking spot nearby."

Advertises being open at 8:00. I rocked up to the store at 8:00am this morning in a rush to grab something before work. The store was closed. There were no staff inside, lights were off and nobody answering the phone. Really disappointing.
