Absolutely shocking experience. Ordered the ham, cheese and tomato toasted sandwich and was given a ham and cheese toasted sandwich instead. The French lady was extremely rude and showed no customer service. Fix up your act before your shop closes down..

Completely useless, they advertise a coffee plus banana bread plus breakfast item combo. Asked how much it is, 'we don't do that, that's not a thing'. Wasn't interested when I pointed at the sign for it. Asked for the burrito plus $4 coffee instead, got charged 7 for the coffee. Asked why, she says because I got the wrong size (she offered it). Coffee is bad, food is average.

Customer service was certainly not a priority. At lunchtime and only one person serving and preparing food. No acknowledgment to waiting customers and I noticed people actually left the line and went somewhere else to buy food. Maybe someone called in sick? I felt sorry for the one staff member working. On a lighter note my salad was delicious. This place has potential but needs managers who care about their staff & customers.

Eggs Benedict sandwich, where’s the sauce and why does my breakfast sandwich look like this? I took a bite expecting more than just bread. What a sad excuse of a sandwich. Do better! You can’t call this a Benedict when it’s dryer than the Sahara desert. If I could give them -5 Star I definitely would.

Absolutely terrible food. Teriyaki chicken is a few shreds of chicken on extremely dry rice. I couldn't make a worst dish if I tried.

Was there at 7:30ish for my wrap and the customer service of the guy at counter was really bad. He was so rude and had this grumpy attitude. I usually do not leave any bad reviews at any place but today was exceptional.

The good tasted good but I question the cleanliness of the toasted sandwich makers. They were covered in charcoal and burnt bits of food, and looked like they hadn't been scrubbed down for weeks. Maybe avoid toasted food here if you can.

Shocking customer service. The lady didn’t say hello, or smile, did not mention the price. She just pushed the card machine to me and walked away. I had to chase her for the receipt, then ask for a fork (obviously you can’t eat salad with bare hands) and a bag to put all the items I bought. How difficult is it to provide the basic service?

The customer service was disgusting. The guy serving was chewing gum and would go away and just stand there while customers were waiting . The guy serving was rude and abrupt. They were only offering a small coffees as I guess they could not pour any larger. Coffee however was nice.
