One of the workers at the store served me with bare hands, fresh chicken rissoles. While we are still in the midst of a pandemic. I called up to advise the owner. Instead of apologising and taking responsibility he defended the practice and would not acknowledge the issue. This is the first and last time that I will ever purchase from this place.

The best Butcher around, staff are fantastic. Special shout out to Pat for always going the extra mile for me. The Angus longhorn burgers are unreal. Everyone has to just one, award winning! Thank you for always being my go to for any BBQ event. My dog loved the fillet steak for his birthday as well. Thanks for hooking us up!

The service and the product were both exceptional at Tender Gourmet Butchery. We were visiting Sydney when we came across this place. We were so impressed we bought T-bones, eye fillet and cattleman's cutlets to bring back to Canberra. Thanks team, delicious!!!

I bought 4 chicken thighs on Wednesday. The next day they were completely off and slimey. Fresh meat doesn't go off that quickly when you keep it in the fridge. I understand that it's hard to get stock of anything right now due to covid, but you shouldn't sell old or expired meat to customers. Unbelievable.

Had a look on line for a 3kg Turducken which did say they had in stock, but when went into the store they only had a 4.5kg Turducken.Tried to sell me the 4.5kg which I didn't want as it was way to big. Couldn't produce a 3kg for me.

Service is excellent. Lovely store.Prices on the very high side.My kids live their butter chicken sausages but at about $18 per kg for sausages they will not be a common treat.

Check your receipts before leaving the shop. They charged me over $10 extra for 6 sausages and 2 burger patties, cost me $33 in the end. They seem friendly while you're looking but beware.

This place is awesome! Friendly team with top notch banter and plenty of advice. All their meat is high quality but the aged beef cuts and range of Sausages is an absolute must try.If you're looking for a specific aged cut of meat for special event chat to Jonathan. They do a great extra aged T-bone!
