Most workers are good.But the girl with purple in her hair trying to control the payment area was absolutely disgusting.Needs to watch her language and be nicer to the elderly.Watched on as she said to another worker these old people needs to f$&king listen or die"."

Worst customer relations yet. Tried to phone for about 45mins and tried all departments. No answers. Went in and could hardly find someone to help. Staff at service desk ignored me because I was apparently in the wrong place at the counter. Staff at checkout said it was hard to get workers and staff that answered phones had gone home. 3.30 in the afternoon. They close at 9. God help anyone else who phones. Thanks to young Jack who was helpful and found our item out the back. only decent experience at that venue.

Yesterday March 3rd 2023 I was served at a manned checkout by a wonderful young lady, Kate, she has a mild disability. Outstanding service, friendly manner and pleasure to speak with. I would highly recommend this young lady for a service to customer award. Thank you Kate.

Worst Kmart in the area, don't bother going if you don't have a trolley with you. Had to leave my stuff and go get a trolley because I couldn't get the blue kmart mini trolley out of the store. Haven't had a worst shopping experienve since 2015, and that was before I came to Australia.Go to Big W instead, they have trolleys.

Unfortunately had my wallet stolen whilst shopping here yesterday.The amazing staff were so helpful. The young girl at the checkout jumped on my phone and put a hold on all my cards through my bank ap, the young man who had been serving me called security, the manager came right down and consoled me, whilst the lovely girl at the checkout wrote down all the times, the police contact number, etc.It was a terrible situation but the amazing staff stepped up to the plate.

Plenty of parking outside the mall and it's in the mall so there are other shops you can visit. I often find this Kmart is out of stock of items eg., particular brand of undies, bike items, toys on special. There's not a huge range of items but enough for the basics.

good prices and at pretty decent quality too. store doesn't actually look big .. but it really is. i do like they way its the sections are organised - but it doess feel really cluttered. great and extremely friendly staff.

Worst customer service experience in k mart belmont.I went there from 15 km to buy screen protector for my phone which i ordered online, when i reached there they asked they don't have in stock. The lady on service desk was very rude and i asked to her that i came from 15 km and i need it please help me, she directly denied and she told we don't have time to find it for you.

Kmart as a whole, is a cool shop for your random buys etc. But 2 weeks ago, there was a half drunken coffee in the toy section, on the shelf. Told the staff about it. Went in today, still there. Toy section is a complete mess aswell.
