i had issues with my 275 hay baler during hay making, jb scott, may get ther in couple weeks, Geelong Rural, Lindsay, next day. I cannot recommend Lindsay and Ron High enought, They constantly, along with staff assist me and ewe will not do better. Farmer John

The staff are very friendly when purchasing equipment but I experienced a dramatic change when things go wrong.I had equipment under warranty that wasn’t working. I dropped it off to be fixed and after a few days, I got a call from a mechanic who said all that was needed was “a bit of oil on the blades” and everything is ok. When picking it up I’m told a very different story. Blades apparently dismantled, filed, reassembled, tested and checked. All of this of course is outside the warranty and none of it was authorised by me and it was at my cost. When I challenged them I was told to “pay up and get out”.The initial mechanic telling me via phone that all that was required was a bit of oil is vastly different to the the story I got when I picked it up.I left and went to another store and tried another brand of chainsaw for the first time.If you really want Stilh equipment there are other options in the Geelong region.Rude, condescending and when challenged you best “Pay Up and Get Out”

For a small site, they have most parts on shelf and considerably cheaper than the Sthil shop in Geelong.

These guys have the best service and best prices! I purchased a chainsaw from these guys today, they gave me a price no one else could match, discounts and accessories and took the time to show me how to use everything, they even submitted all the warranty paperwork for me.Thanks heaps guys!

Most amazing customer service. Will absolutely go out of their way to assist with any needs. Can’t speak highly enough of this brilliant business!

I can't speak for their service guys but if they're anything like their retail, don't waste your time. Unapologetic, disorganized, misleading and lack of knowledge with tractors and customers. Save yourself a headache, time and money and buy online or from anywhere else.

Avoid these clowns. Just because I had the nerve to have some reasonable questions about the charges during the repair of my tractor I was treated in the most disrespectful manner, $1500+ later and childish delay tactics I'm left with an unfinished repair, a box with thrown-in left over parts and a sour taste in my mouth. Will try my hardest to never go back to this bunch at any cost..
