I’ve had an absolutely amazing experience with Trend windows, the communication was fantastic and they did the very best to make my dream window!

Rang to get a glass sliding door replaced. Told rudely that they don't do quotes they just supply the doors etc and I needed to get my builder to measure it and see them. I told them if they could recommend a builder they use or someone who does business with them as I don't have one. They just said no and hung up. Great customer service. I rang hung well doors and arranged to speak to a tradesman from them on sight. Very happy with them and going ahead replacing the doors and windows.

Sent a quote request on January 18 with a comprehensive description of what I was looking for, including product codes etc. Received an auto-reply but nothing else until I followed up on Jan 20. I was informed it would be another 3 business days. As of January 30, I'm still waiting... No updates, absolutely no follow-up from them. Not good enough! I have now sourced windows and doors from another supplier - Majestic Windows in West Gosford - who replied with a fair-priced quote within 24 hours. And unlike Trend, they've been a pleasure to deal with. So, unless you're a regular trade customer, not a layperson like me, I wouldn't waste your time with Trend Windows and Doors.

Left a number of messages on a mobile number supplied for Ourimbah showroom. Never called me back. Called 13 number of a head office and after I explained that I am trying to get in contact with Ourimbah showroom and that no one is answering their phone for weeks now she connected me to the same number that no-one is answering twice??? Called again 13 number no one is available says. Impossible to get in contact with them. Customer service equals zero.
