The quality of the hair claws are below average and they break pretty easily. I bought two sterling silver earrings from there and both of them had hints of tarnish on them. The only good earrings I bought from there were plastic flower ones.

Staff are friendly and helpful. I always go to this store whenever I go to Chatswood. Accessories are so cute and most of them are priced affordably. My plastic hairclips so far are holding strong and the clip on earrings that I bought are both cute and affordable. Recommend checking this store out!

I dont have a problem with buying those things which made in China. However!!!!!It is a big issue that the owner told me the stuff from Korea even she knows it's from China. AND the purpose for those lies is just for offering a higher price.Not recommand to shopping here

Purchased one sterling silver necklace 3 weeks ago and the color changed now. The sales told me all their products come from Korea but I found the same thing on Taobao but only $10, this shop resells it with unbelievable price.

Highly recommend the Chatswood stores the floor staff and the customer service person on the phone was very professional. She help on an issue, nothing was too much for her she went above and beyond to assist. Love supporting small business.My daughter loves the stores and brought so many hairbands and I love the hairclips and necklaces.Highly recommended A +++++++++++++++++++++
