I have seen a marked improvement with less lower back pain and hip pain since I have been attending Move Body and Health Therapy. Bri is always friendly and helpful. i wouldn't go anywhere else for treatment

A friendly and professional service! Breanna is excellent at understanding where and why you're feeling sore and helping to fix it! If you have a sore back or shoulders, hips and neck and you haven't tried myotherapy, it's time to book an appointment!

Breanna is great! Super attentive, listens, and very hands on. I left feeling SO much better and will be definitely going back. She not only dedicated our whole session to finding what the issue was, but also left me with ways to work on this at home. Super great! Couldn't reccomend her enough :)

Extremely pleasant environment. Breanna is very knowledgeable and skillful. She is able to reduce the knots in my shoulders and neck so that I again have full movement without pain. The pressure she uses with her hands is just right, firm but not agony.
