Our 12 panel 3.00 kW CNPV solar PV system was installed in December 2013 and has just recorded having generated 25 MWh of power to 22/08/2019. We have never had any problems with the system or any need to contact SUNTRIX. We are very satisfied with our decision for SUNTRIX toinstall our system.

We have ordered panels from Suntrix more than two weeks ago. We have been promised delivery of our products twice, waiting in vain to then hear different versions of why it has not been delivered ( although they were supposed to be 40 km from our house at some stage) and then that they are actually still trying to get the products. No reply after emails and phone not answered. We are very disappointed and considering further action since we have paid the full amount for the order.

Thank you Suntrix .. we’ve got a 2nd set of panels - installed about 4-5 years ago by SUNTRIX- going like a dream .We needed our 1st set of panels installed maybe 15-16 years ago, checked and serviced. They were installed by a now out of business small local company.Suntrix service guys Fred and Liam called out and gave everything a check over and a clean. We got a lot of very helpful advice and reassurance that all is ok at present.We are definitely going to call them down the track for any updates.Thanks a million Patricia & Mike Norwood

Speedy installation Just before Christmas, all help and communication (*Yes) ** BUT after sales service is another story ..when you try to contact Suntrix all you get is a MESSAGE BANK. Rarely do you get a call back- and if you happen to get one your problem is never attended to fully. We had to contact the original *SalesPerson *who tells you its NOT HIS DEPARTMENTHe did try to pass our queries on But fruitless! NEVER RECOMMEND SUNTRIX. ACTED LIKE A FLY BY NIGHT SET UP. No after sales contact. Disgraceful. Felt ripped off.

As a long standing customer of solar panels from Suntrix, after 11 years, was experiencing an inverter problem. This proved elusive to locate, but minor to repair. Thankyou to Jenny Paradiso the boss & a beautiful person. Alexis taking my calls & Will the solar electrician. All fixed & i am so happy. Totally recommend Suntrix to all . Jacquie Gray.

Installation of panels and inverter was excellent, the installers came on time and did a great job. Suntrix provide a quality product and excellent after sales customer service. I would definitely recommend Suntrix for installing your solar system

I made the grave mistake of paying Suntrix once the installers had completed their work. I have contacted the company twice by writing with no response.I have used Suntrix twice before, I shall not use them again.So much for after sales service, there is none.Jerry Rebbeck

SUNTRIX is one of only a handful of companies locally owned and run in South Australia I can say I have dealt with and was 100% happy with. Customer service and communication, care and quality of installation and price have all been exceptional. I feel sorry for anyone who ended up going with the other companies that do the hard sell with lots of best price offers and then you get a budget product and even worse service after they grab your money.Thankyou Suntrix it was a pleasure!
