Placed order 7 days ago, items have yet to be dispatched despite their website saying 1–2 dispatch time with 3-5 day shipping. Ordered for a holiday to a country with very limited sunscreen options, I leave tomorrow. Called yesterday to ask what the delay was, was advised one of the items in my order was now out of stock so they were holding the rest of the order for some indefinite amount of time until they received the stock. Customer service person noted that all other customers had been contacted to advise the item was out of stock and was unsure why I haven’t been. She confirmed the two remaining items on my order had been picked and were ready to go. Asked for the OOS item to be removed from the order and refunded, and upgrade shipping to express so that there would still be a chance I received the order before my holiday. She agreed and advised the order would be dispatched with express postage feeby the end of the day. Today rolls around and I still haven’t had any confirmation of shipping so I call back. Lo and behold the items are still sitting in the warehouse and haven’t been dispatched. Was given a BS excuse about high order numbers, which is ridiculous since there was an entirely different excuse for my order not having been shipped yesterday. Requested a full refund. Now I don’t have time to get this sunscreen from anywhere else. Tragic excuse for an online store:

Product pricing good, postage BAD. I get that there are all sorts of issues with mail/parcel delivery in Aus atm but this was ridiculous. Was over 1 month from when I ordered to my order being delivered today. My feedback to GR8 health is to change your parcel delivery company.

Good price for the item I bought and it was packaged well. They did take 6 business days from when I placed the order to when it left the warehouse (their website says they aim for 2 business days). I followed up and was told that my parcel was ready to picked up by a courier. The paperwork in the parcel showed the delivery wasn't booked until the day that I'd followed up. It was between christmas and new years so maybe they had less people on, and also 6 business days isn't all that long. But also, there was no mention of any delays with packing orders and there was a boxing day sale on. To be honest, I wouldn't even bother reviewing after a single order if they'd replied to my follow up with an acknowledgement of the delay. But instead they replied saying it was ready to leave and that Perhaps the [tracking details] email went to the spam folder?" when that email didn't exist yet."

Horrible experience. Both my bottles of sauce were leaking and the box was full of the product. Not correctly sealed. Called 3 times and no answer. Left 2 messages and jo response. Will never be getting products from them again.
