The lady who worked as a barista on Wednesday the 28th in the morning has poor customer service skills. I ordered an extra large oat latte and she gave me a flat white. When stated that I did not order that she told me that there isn’t much difference between the both and was extremely temperamental about it. I am a regular at the cafe and was shocked by her behaviour as this is the cafe I cherish and live to get a coffee from.

$6.00 for a stale muffin. This is highway robbery at its finest. Don't waste your time and certainly not your money.7 eleven muffins are much better.

I don't know how this place still has 4 stars. I've ordered a few meals from here in the past; some tasty, most tasteless and all overpriced. I don't drink coffee but the amount of complaints I've heard from my colleagues in our nearby office is ridiculous. The coffee is never consistent; sometimes cold, sometimes too hot, sometimes tastes like dishwashing liquid and other times just simply terrible. The time it tasted like dishwashing liquid, they apologised and stated it's because the coffee machine needs to be serviced, however chose to still serve coffee. They've also stopped me from purchasing a meal for the local homeless man, because he disturbs their customers too much (ironic since they're connected to a church that should be helping others). Each time I've had food from the window it's old and stale. Lastly, don't forget the cockroach in my colleague's coffee recently.***actually I do know why they have 4 stars, they keep getting people they know to review it. If you look at the previous places they have reviewed it’s only all Ariel’s in different locations giving 5 stars. Fake!

I order my morning coffees here most days and it’s always great but the staff and friendly service is what makes this cafe one of the best in Wollongong.Everyone there is very welcoming and kind, they remember my order and always up for a chat.If i’m running late to work I can just preorder online to grab it as I go which is so convenient. The food here is also very fresh and delicious and one of my favourite treats is one of their yummy portuguese tarts warmed up!

Two strikes and this place is out for me. Months back I got some fritters to go which were literally swimming in oil. The oil tasted dirty and stale. I recently thought I'd give it another shot and dined in for scrambled eggs on toast. The pitiful amount of eggs I received was barely enough to serve with one slice of toast let alone two.

I went into the cafe with my big brother before he had to catch a train. the lady behind the counter completely ignored him when he placed his drinks down on the counter and when he asked for a wrap. she completely ignored him clearly based on his appearance and just waited for me to speak. that was genuinely disgusting. it doesn’t matter how someone looks they’re still a person. he was not rude or interrupting anything she was just blatantly ignoring him. she was a young brunette girl with tanned skin i didn’t get her name. horrific. If i could give it no stars i truly would but unfortunately i can’t.

Underwhelming and disappointing.Ordered a cappuccino ( only because most of their drinks were unavailable or they no longer did them but still had them on the menu ) and a hot chocolate that was cold somehow after we saw them make it, the food wasn't terrible but somehow they managed to make it either average or just below average. In the food I ordered a spinach and cheese roll that they display to make them look larger than they actually are and tasted like it was just on the cusp of turning stale.Their menu seemed to be littered with alot of tiny items that were trying to be overly fancy but they failed to do the simple things well.Over all nothing was terrible but nothing was good either.
