Came in about a week ago to upgrade my plan to a new phone. Spoke to Ramez. Amazing service. Very professional, informative and well spoken. Highly recommend this Vodafone store over others based off the customer service. Was really helpful and kind. Five stars!

I went to vodafone carnes hill on monday 13th 2022 to ask about my insurance for lost phone. To my surprise I was met with Faith and Chantell with a full smile. What a welcome. Not only they help me through with my lost phone but readjusted my plans. Both of you girls THANK YOU. I cannot recommend Chantelle enough! I have recently upgraded my phone plan and throughout the process Chantelle was extremely considerate, patient and amazing at her job. She took time to explain what each plan is and even recommended what would be best for me based off my current data/storage usage. I commend her customer service as she made the whole process so easy and positive. I highly recommend Chantelle, she will do a great job as always.

Phenomenal customer service! Both the ladies who served me, Faith and Chantelle were extremely helpful. They walked me through the Vodafone deals and helped me transfer everything to my new phone. Very pleasant experience, would definitely recommend and visit again. 10/10

The best service I’ve ever received from sales staff at a Telco. The manager, Faith, was knowledgeable about all aspects and treated me and other customers with so much respect and patience. She helped us get the best deal and value. Better than the two other telcos in the centre who I’ll never ever go back to! I kept having horrible experiences with Optus but am so happy with the service provided by Faith and her team!

I never really write reviews anywhere but this was one of the best and most helpful customer experiences i have ever had. Faith really listened to all the questions I had and was able to answer and give me even more insight for what I needed. For my first out of lockdown retail experience I couldn't of asked for better.
