The portion size is very small compared to what it used to be before. It tasted well but the staff just randomly put in the toppings which is an inconsistent amount. So basically it was no where close enough to beat hunger for $15.40. A bit disappointed.

I have ordered twice through delivery apps, and both times in a row i have come when the app said it was ready and they hadn't even started making it yet. The second time it was reasonably busy so i can understand, but the first time the didn't have any customers. Nothing to complain about with the food itself, and in their defence they are always timely when i do ask them to pick it up, but it's a little annoying to have to wait after i have ordered in advance and already waited 20+ mins until it said it'd be ready.

This is my favourite Zambrero. It's never too busy plus it has some great outside tables overlooking the lake. It's a nice place to just sit and unwind while you eat.

Absolutely disappointed. Got two bowls and both pretty much empty. We were getting served by a new young girl but someone was watching over her shoulder and wasn't helping her at all. It isn't her fault but a failure in teaching. Spent $50 and the order wasn't correct and they didn't offer to remake it. Very Disappointed

Recently bought a pork burrito and the lady who made the wrap was very sloppy and rushed (only 2 other people in line). While wrapping my burrito it split badly along the side and rice spilled out everywhere. I pointed it out to the lady and she said it’ll be fine and did not offer to re-make it. Disappointed with the lack of care.

Great vegan options! Vegan cheese and vegan sour cream. I really like the cauliflower filling. But it would be really next level if they also got a vegan meat option.

Ive always loved their food but the service just now like why does the girl need to have an attitude plus she made a mistake with my order but i just did not bother to tell her coz im already to the point of to say something but just smile and be nice! please be kind! thank you!

Absolutely dreadful service. Ordered online as the last two times I was there the queue was huge & customers didn’t know where it started or finished. Staff did not provide direction on both occasions.The online order advised it would be 20 mins. Drove to the store after this time & Waited to be served to be told it wasn’t ready. Then waited 20 more mins for them to make it whilst serving others & deliver roo people collecting their orders. Consistent bad service by the Emu Bank & Jamieson store will lead me to never purchase from here again. Such a shame as I love the company ethos. A manager with strong hospitality background needs to sort this place out!
