Firstly, the service from the front counter staff and ultrasound technician was fantastic over all.I required an urgent scan and when I phoned up I was immediately put at ease by the staff there who changed their schedule to squeeze me in. I was made to feel very comfortable and found the entire process to be quick, comfortable, affordable and very professional.

I have the right clinic, I would be in your database under a slightly different name. I'm not going to deadname myself on the internet. I didn't like my appointment much on Monday. The person who did it and the receptionist could be slightly more sympathetic. I know I'm there for the same thing as other patients, but that doesn't make my medical condition not painful for me. Do you want me to call and ask for management and I can tell you how unhappy my appointment made me and how upset I feel and likely will choose a different provider next time who might be more sympathetic to my medical condition and physical pain?

Highly recommend. I had 3 kids in 2 years so Armidale Ultrasound became my second home. From my very first appointment with my first child to the last appointment I had with my last child I was immediately greeted with friendly faces. The staff are welcoming, respectful, understanding and patient. Each visit was a pleasant experience. I am very thankful of Tanya and Cara for always going above and beyond each and every appointment. Highly recommend to anyone needing an Ultrasound or X-ray.
