Disappointed there is no refund policy. I returned items in mint condition with no luck after a simple mistaken purchase. There should always be a refund policy

I travelled all the way from Sunbury to buy sheet music to teach my grandson the piano. I can only say the help and advice Elva gave me in choosing the best books was nothing short of amazing. I will continue to travel from Sunbury to receive such helpful advice. Excellent customer service these days is not so easily found and therefore worth the travel.Chris
