Ive always found it difficult at any Terry White chemist. Take all the smiles and customer service/sales away and you are left with Terry White Staff members following franchise rules rather then letting the pharmacists use discretion and rely on a pharmacist expertise, we just follow the franchise line here. Its only ever at Terry White Chemist that you get this level of inflexibility
