Definitely disappointed. Despite having what I felt was good service over the phone was really annoyed at the lack of friendly service and communication in store. Three staff! Then absolutely embarrassed as well as angry to take the helium balloons attached to my own made gift basket two hours later finding the main foil balloon was almost completely deflated. The basket looked great. The ballon looked terrible. Not happy.
