We are very happy with our purchase. Thanks to Gideon's advice, my daughter is really enjoying playing her beautiful intermediate clarinet- it sounds so much better than her first one and should take her through to the HSC. Gideon gave thoughtful and considered advice and went to the trouble of checking various specifics we asked about with regards to intonation, etc. Prompt replies to messages and prompt delivery in great condition as advertised. Highly recommend to other parents wanting to avoid an expensive new purchase- we ended up with a higher quality instrument at half the price.
