Decent spa on the coast with facilities. Not many spas on the coast where you can pay for a treatment and get access to a pool, spa and lounge area to relax in at no additional cost.I hate having a massage only to be back out in the bustle and hr later.

Yet again, Endota Spa has failed to deliver! After three attempts and a $150 gift card spent on what I had hoped would be an amazing massage, all I was left with was disappointment. Though the pre-massage interview went well and my preferences for firm pressure were made known - when it came time for the actual massage nothing could have been further from reality. Instead of relaxation, each stroke felt more like soothing pats that only served to increase my frustration making me want to ask for it to stop. Sadly, I won't be returning.

The worst pedicure and manicure experience. Despite the fact a lady was nice, caring and helpful her work wasn’t professional at all, especially the way she putted nail polish. My 3 years old daughter does similar. I don’t have picture of pedicure, but it done the same way. I don’t recommend anyone come for mani or pedi there. Ashamed of the way I spend money there...

Overall a great spa with AWESOME service. I had a few issues concerning accessibility, but the service made up for it in spades.PositivesThe staff were extremely friendly - especially my friend and I’s masseuses. My masseuse explained all the products she was using, was very conversational, and ensured my friend and I were okay after our treatment - offering us water.While the “Girls Day Out” package (Or something of that ilk) was $275, I think it was well worth the money - as it was an almost 2 1/2 hour service, and my skin had never looked better in my life!The store was very aesthetically pleasing and clean - looking like an image lifted from Pinterest.NegativesThe foyer had comfortable, accessible seating, but the essential oil diffuser in use was very strong. It made it almost difficult to breathe, so I can only imagine how it’d be for those with respiratory issues.As my friend and I were changing - the robe provided and it didn’t fit at all. While I could laugh it off - it’s very embarrassing. More sizes should be offered.Then the chairs we sat in as we soaked our feet were extremely small and uncomfortable - even my friend who is a size eighteen was the first to comment on it.As I said - overall it was a great experience, and I would definitely go back given the chance!

I had a remedial massage with Gina and OMG, she was amazing. She increased movement in my neck on the first session. She knows exactly what to do.

Heaven on earth. The staff are so lovely and kind, every massage I have had has been so relaxing. I wish I could go every day! Really reasonable prices, great selection of services and products used smell divine! Cannot recommend enough

Went here today for a manicure and pedicure was told when I got there that I couldn’t have the full pedicure experience because I had shelac polish and they can not remove it, still got my manicure hoping for a spa experience, chairs were very hard and uncomfortable (especially being heavily pregnant), not much of a nail colour selection, and a toddler could have painted my nails better, also overpriced. I have better experiences at walk in nail salons.

My visit to Endota spa Terrigal was lovely.It's important to note they are under new management as I have seen some previous reviews mentioning poor management. The new manager was lovely and professional.The service itself was very relaxing. While you're in the waiting room you have access to a hot cup of organic tea and mints to start your treatment. I had the girls day out package which included the organic massage and facial aswell as footbath and massage and scalp massage.I do want to mention that this isn't the type of massage to get knots out, it is purely for relaxation which in my case was definitely achieved. I have terrible hormonal acne and the day after my treatment my skin was calm and clearer so very impressed with the products aswell as the staff.The only con I personally experienced and I don't know if this is usual or not was the footbath lasted maybe 2 minutes and the foot massage and scalp massage also lasted less then a minute each which was disappointing considering you pay an extra $50+ compared to the surrender package (that is the same other than footbath-massage and scalp massage).Only other thing I'll mention is the drawers in the rooms need abit of wd40 and the cupboards need some felt stoppers just because they are so heavily used during the treatment.I definitely recommend this place despite the minor cons. The relaxation is priceless.

Had a spray tan from Amelia today and she was excellent! Friendly, thorough and informative - the best! Tan looks great too.

Had revival package with Amelia (hope that's the right spelling) she was so so so amazing, friendly, and went above and beyond to make me feel relaxed. I will be back because of her!
