Nanzo Valuri Mechanical Repairs

Really terrible service.After having our car serviced here one week later it blows the head gasket. We get it towed to the shop for full diagnosis and quote for repair through insurance. Over the next few weeks we have to CONSTANTLY follow them up to get anything out of them. Calling weekly for any update. They say every time they will call back and the quote is coming but continue to blow us off. We have asked if they are not able or don't want to repair it let us know we will take the car somewhere else.Over 2 months later we've towed the car to someone else because they still haven't provided us with even a word and our car is just sitting out the front. No calls. No updates. Nothing. We have no car and struggle to hire one because they are hard to get right now. That's not the mechanic's fault and we know there are staff shortages all over and parts are delayed but not even making the time to communicate with us is just rude. They've been totally useless.After calling other mechanics in the area they agree this is poor form and shouldn't take so long for a quote. Ridiculous and lazy that they don't even have the decency to give us a call and update on the progress. Thanks for nothing but wasting our time. Worst experience I've ever had with a business. I definitely wouldn't say they are in the business to help anyone.

They charged me $350 for labour cost only and $200 for some parts. My car still not working and I have to sell it for $400. They only try to charge you. DO NOT RELY ON OTHER REVIEWS.I have the proof as well

Excellent repair shop. Know their stuff. Pays to book in though given the supply chain issues that are still around and they are very busy as well.

Always happy with the Service I receive from Nanzo. Honest and reliable good old fashioned service. They even give your car a wash when they finish servicing. Its awesome.
