Went to get a passport photo taken, the first photo didn't meet regulations because it was too light. When I returned to have it re-taken, staff insisted I pay again because it's a new photo". Unhappy with the service at this place."

Impossible to pick up parcel. Their trading hour makes me upset. They should consider opening weekends even its for few hours.

!!!POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Took passport photos and when my wife went to submit at another Post Office they photos were not to regulation and was not accepted.When she went back to Cammeray, she spoke with the store owner and he was extremely rude, provocative and refused to provide a refund!!DO NOT GO HERE!

A real hub of the Cammeray community with super friendly staff who take a genuine interest in their customers. Only suggestion is that it would be useful if they could open for a few hours on the weekend or remain open after 5pm one day a week, as it's currently impossible to pick up parcels outside of standard business hours--which is not helpful if you work.
