Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Fixed my divers watch within three days of me dropping this off for repair. It's been over two weeks since I have picked my watch up and it is working perfectly. 10 out of 10 for service and technical capability.

I am extremely impressed with the service offered by Jon Crosbie Jewellers. My wife and I got our rings refurbished and they looked great. Shortly after we had an issue with one of the rings, and whilst it wasn't clear whether it was related to the work done at all, they fixed and replaced everything as good will. It was far more that I would have expected and gave an indication into their integrity. I will certainly taking all my business here from now on.

I'm always looking for Jewellery that is unique and timeless. First I was looking at a ring that was on display that I really liked but after talking to Jon we designed a ring together that was perfect!The bit I loved the most was when I came to pick it up I was able to talk directly to the jeweller that made it and he talked me though the making of it and the gems used.In a world or cheep, manufactured jewellery it's so refreshing to find a business as authentic as Jon Crosbie. I wear my ring everyday and absolutely love it. It's perfect!

I just picked up my 3 rings which I needed resized. I was very anxious about getting made larger. They turned out perfectly. The turnaround time was so quick. Professional and high level of customer care. Couldn't be happier.

This place is great. I went to get a ring resized they did it so quickly. also they just have very good customer service and they are super professional. I would 100% recommend. they also have some lovely jewellery in there and I bought some earrings also.

My husband has a custom diamond pendant made for our anniversary by Jon and it is absolutely spectacular. We have been going to Jon for years for repairs on our jewellery and have always had excellent customer service but this is just gorgeous. Thank you!

We just picked up our wedding bands and are ecstatic with our experience at Jon Crosbie Jeweller's! Family run, very quick turnaround (2 days until my ring was ready!) and Sara at the front is so friendly and happy to help. The rings are beautiful and the best quality we found, with the best quote.
