Although hygiene was an issue with flies all over the food, it was not the cheapest experience I have ever had, however in saying that everyone deserves a second chance/experience so will edit review after second try. Customer service by the lady I had is why I'll be trying again, she was fantastic.

Like many reviews the service is not that great, don't lie to customers saying its fresh when its delivered frozen in boxes through your front door, like other reviews so many flies, coffee was way to hot and tasted like garbage.way overpriced this place should be shut down and owner should hang there head in shame

Like similar reviews the young bloke with the tattoos has no customer service skills. I waited at the counter waiting to be served, the young bloke said he would be out in a minute which I replied no worries. After waiting for a few minutes he only returned to the front to serve the young female who just walked in, she clearly told the staff I had been waiting first so at this point he proceeded to ignore me and chat to the female.

Have been here many times; coffee and pies always good. Today was a let down however. Young girl making coffee was too busy chatting. 2 lattes, both barely warm, and one with chocolate sprinkled on top. Clearly not paying attention to what she should. Hopefully this is a one-off

Friendly customer service but horrible stale bread. I usually just get my bread from the bakery at coles but sometimes splurge and get fresh bread from the bakery. I am so disappointed. Paid $5.60 for a loaf of bread that tasted worse than generic branded bread. Even when toasted it tasted bad.
