My daughter lives away from home and had an issue with her car. I picked the closest mechanic with good reviews and called Max Philips. Tony was great and he made time to assist my daughter and resolved her car problem. He was very helpful and went above and beyond so thankyou Tony ! I would highly recommend him.

I popped in with a random electrical problem and spoke with the mechanic (sorry that I didn't catch your name!). Though it wasn't his primary field (i.e. the electricals), he spent quite a bit of time rummaging around, testing for possible causes. He finally found a solve (though maybe not long-term... depends on my dodgy old car) and charged only a bare minimum for time. I was really delighted as: 1. I didn't have an appointment and distracted him from other work (thanks for so graciously fitting me in); and 2. I managed to drive away with my speedo and console working again (which was scary without it). Thanks Max Phillips!

Great place, Tony is professional, understanding, has assisted me on the spot for urgent services like jump starting my car at my home so I could get my kids to school. Very affordable with prices, won't rip you off. Very honest mechanic, I have recommended him to my family who live an hour away and they are exceptionally happy with his service that they even go to him for their grenslips.Highly recommend Max Phillips Auto. I wont see anyone else.

Amazing service! Such a nice friendly guy to deal with who really helped me out big time after a little issue after getting my car service else where. Highly recommend! If I’m ever in the are again and have car trouble again this is the place I will go!

Fantastic mechanic, he is the only one we trust now. We take my old Toyota Tarago and my partners Hyundai i30 to him all the way from South Penrith to Richmond. Nothing is too much trouble, and he is just such a nice chap. Could not recommend him too highly.It's nice to have found an old fashioned mechanic that doesn't try to stick you for extra dollars.
