Sorry to say but i cannot give this business a good review , Tradesman for the most part were great but as a Project Management business these guys FAIL big time , they have no concept of customer service and FAIL massively on the communication front and the worst part is one they have your money they are not interested in fixing what is wrong.

Can’t believe we are in a brand new home that we get to call our very own!!! What a great experience, so exciting and worthwhile. We couldn’t be happier with our house.

Being a first home owner, everything was very overwhelming and daunting at the beginning. But I still remember the first day at the display house, my husband and I felt in love with the beautiful raked roof and we HAD to have it. Andrew was so helpful and knowledgable so that we were able to get the floor plan that was best suited for us within our budget. He suggested things that we would have not thought of ourselves!Colour selection was great too, had a great range of colour & products. Lucky we weren't too indecisive otherwise we would have had trouble choosing the colours.Council approval took a while, but when building finally started, it was really quick. We lived in Brisbane at the time so we were coming down every week / fortnight to see the progress, it was truly amazing to see different stages completed in each time we visited. Kristie was fantastic, communication was never an issue for us. During the construction, we emailed once about a minor issue, Kristie promptly escalated this to the supervisor and kept us updated. Everything ran very smoothly, no nasty surprises or hidden cost like some of the horror stories about building a house. When we did our defect walk through with Tony, I was very impressed with his attention to details as there were so many things marked by him that we couldn't have picked up on. He was very approach able and professional. There were some minor defect that we picked up on and they were all sorted or plan to be sorted.The whole process was so much easier than we expected. We have been in our new house just over a week now, we could not be happier! I'm so proud that I could call this house our home and strongly recommend Visual Diversity!!!We would definitely build again with them in the future.

Customer service is non existent. Moved into our home in April 2015 still waiting on original defects to be completed. Payed additional money to make variations to our home, variations weren't done - no offer of compensation or even our money back! Have made numerous requests for return calls they don't care. Awful experience from the beginning - quality of finishes shocking. Have given up trying to have issues resolved. Stay clear!!!

My wife and I have just had the pleasure of signing our building contract through Visual Diversity.So far Andrew from the Pimpama display home's and sales, has been one of the nicest and professional person that I have dealt with in any profession.From also meeting Tony the owner and how he has made the time to sit down and discuss everything involved in the process was amazing and transparent.Awesome bloke.Anyone looking to build, I strongly recommend Visual Diversity.

Visual Diversity's Homes are amazing. The cost of building my home has never changed as they first quoted. The team and Tony at Visual Diversity made our dream come true, we moved in and on the same day and had friends over for BBQ. I would recommend anyone who is looking to build to visit Visual Diversity Homes.

My husband and I have been very happy with Visual Diversity from the beginning to the end. There was a list of minor defects around the house just like other new houses, but Teah, Rebecca, Emma, Kristie and Tony all listened to our needs and helped out to rectify the issues. Especially Teah was very friendly and supportive. My husband and I are enjoying living in this beautiful house. We highly recommend Visual Diversity team.

My wife and I did not have the most pleasant experience . Everything seemed terrific until we signed the contract .4 months in from contract with a registered block and we could not gain council approved plans in which we picked from their office ( visual diversity sales office ripley qld 4306 ).Sales person began not to answer calls and communication became almost non existent in which I had to drive to the office just for an update .After a meeting with the owner - he had the audacity to explain that it is the clients obligation to ensure that the plan I picked from his office was to meet council regulations which cost me thousands in new lodgement and drafting .( which in my opinion is an absolute joke )2 Redesigns and I eventually gave up and asked for a mutual termination which luckily was agreed on by both parties but all up still lost me quite a bit of coin $$$$Quite disappointed in the entire process , including professionalism of the business owner , sales man - I’m glad the contract is now at an end .Im trying to be nice online based on the fact the building industry is what it is right now - however the service we received has been we below par .My wife and I only wish we signed with a more reputable builder in the first place as we’d almost have our home built by now just like our neighbours have who registered the same time we did . Our new build is now going to cost us at least $50,000 more having made this mistake .The choice is yours …….

I had a building defect ( 4 year old house with leaking roof) they refused to take responsibilty for . After escalating the problem with QBCC it was eventually rectified by them ( it was a Visual Diversity build error).Im SO GLAD I never used them to build my recent house. Keep away.

We had an issue where the tiling job was not that good, the tiler came back to fix the raised tiles, but he used a different colour grout. The visual tried to match the grout colour themselves and while doing this scratched 2 of the tiles.They said they would get some replacement tiles however they tiles they used from the builders selection they had are no longer available, so now I am stuck with the issue of not being able to fix my floor, even if I wanted to do it myself.
