What an amazing team! This is the third team I’ve used for trampoline installation/repairs over the years and by far the most professional and efficient. David and team turned up promptly and without delay had our Springfree trampoline disassembled and neatly packed ready to relocate across a couple of suburbs. At the new place it was expertly assembled ready for use. About an hour and half all up and saved me having to try and do it myself. Very professional and a great price. Vuly ultra medium assembled! Arrived within 2 hours of contacting, has clearly assembled many Vuly trampolines as David was in and out in 45 mins! Cleaned up and put all packaging away nicely and saved many hours of pain and arguments! I'd only he did IKEA furniture too. Can't recommend enough!!!!

If I could give David and his team 100 stars, I would. They are kind, quick to respond, very affordable, easy to book, and did a great job in an absolute fraction of the time it would have taken me to assemble our new trampoline. Save your sanity and don’t hesitate to book.

David was fantastic. He went above and beyond in service and communication. We initially tried to buy a second hand tramp. I had paid for it unseen (only photos) and David was due to dissassemble and assemble at our place. He called to me say he found some rust on the frame and thought it was too dangerous - saving us serious injury! I then ended up buying a new tramp and used Big Bounce to install it. David ensured it arrived on time. Big Bounce even arrived early to miss the rain to set it up, as he knew it was a surprise for our kids who were returning from holidays later that day. They installed the Springfree medium oval quickly and packed up the packaging and told us how to care for the tramp. We have recommended them to friends and will use them again when we need to move house.
