I could not be happier with my experience at Telstra Bendigo Lansell. Liam was so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. His customer service is second to none and made my experience at Telstra such an enjoyable one.

Pleasant staff but not enough of them..To serve and assistI am surprised with your Quick response.Telling me and others to make a appointment ... therefore taking up valuable unnecessary time ...to your staff and consumer..for a simple inquiry.Surely just a quick & simple inquiry with out taking up valuable time to staff..that needs to attend to a customer in a lengthy manner. Should be available....You / your franchises outlet is not alone in this ongoing issue... it seems to be widely spread across the Telstra network

Best service ever received. Trevor fixed our problem on site at our venue, after our systems went down and couldn’t get any results for 5 days of trying various troubleshooting. He had us back up and running within a couple of hours & we will happily call him again if any future issues arise.

Great service today. Friendly staff solved all my problems. Special thanks to Trevor who fixed a broadband internet problem that has been going on for years despite many tech support calls. He explained in simple understandable term of what was wrong and how he was correcting it.

Technician Trevor was very helpful. He visited my house and helped set up my phone and google home devices. I've had two heart attacks so this extra effort from Telstra does mean the world to me. Thanks guys.
