I had dental trauma not once but three times on the same tooth! Louise was able to help me find my own solutions and then was able to reinforce them using those fabulous techniques she talks about on the video.I used her recordings every night before going to bed until my next dental appointment. I went nervous but not terrified. I was fine and had no issues at all. I totally reccomend Awaken Hypnotherapy for all historical trauma.

Louise holds space for you to relax and let go beautifully. My wife and I have both had sessions with Louise and found her treatments very beneficial. She is very good at targeting the core concerns and helping you to understand what your blocks are and subtly allowing your body to release them. Louise’s soothing voice should be bottled and dispensed to everyone!

Wow Louise 11 days and not one single smoke!! I must admit I was little skeptic about hypnosis being my first time and all. However I was willing to give anything a go to give up. I’m very glad I did, I walked out feeling like I have never smoked and no cravings or even tempted at all.Louise makes the whole process so comfortable and relaxing form when you walk in the door to when you walk out.I can not thank you enough Louise and would recommend you to anyone

Hello I'M 65 YEARS OLD WENT WITH SOME ScepticismsI must say I had a smoke before going for the appointment and haven't had one since although I sometimes feel like one there is something imbedded in the back of my brain that's telling me not to that's 5 months ago I must say I'm definitely converted all though it may not be for everyone it worked for a non believer like me ( if your serious give it a try )
