Service is so bad, don't go. I waited a while for them to take my order, that's fine, I'm not the queen. However, the situation was that I order 2 lattes and 2 Highton special focaccia + 2 sides of salad. They brought black coffee instead. They did bring the lattes when we clarified what we had ordered. That said, the focaccias weren’t well prepared. Only one came with the side salad and the other one was missing the Swiss cheese and the tomato, which were supposed to be prepared with.

Decent food and coffee, customer service is not great. Ordered a toasted focaccia which was actually just microwaved. We were ignored by the serving staff for a few minutes (they were just chatting). They also forgot about said focaccia and only brought it out after being reminded of the order, was left sitting in microwave.Their best food is all bought-in, I like the Caramel Macadamia cheesecake but they aren't the only place to stock them.

If you're in a hurry, don't go here on a Sunday morning for coffee. It is not the staffs fault they are young and untrained.

Today waited nicely 15 minutes for my please well stir sugars" cappuccino. The teenage girl Barista was rude & unfriendly to customers & didn't stir the sugar. When I asked her again nicely she angrily used a small spoon & put her fingers in my drink.Never going back."

Failed to deliver my breakfast at all so I simply left and will never go back there again. Terrible service by a bunch of overrated more interested in their social life than looking after their customers.

Way too filling.Nice and cozy setting inside. Perfect to grab a bite on the way.Coffee was a bit disappointing but anyways it was nice.

Ordered scrambled eggs on Vienna toast. The bread wasn’t toasted, I’m not even sure it was Vienna. Eggs were average at best. Waited a while for meals to come out, only 2 of us and the second meal came out 10 minutes after the first.

Regular customer that orders the same piece of pie weekly and the serving sizes have been getting smaller and smaller and prices have only been going up and up. Rubbish. You’ve lost a loyal customer and im taking my business elsewhere.

Love the music here - they don’t play annoying nightclub music, the friendliness and the food. The servings are generous and the prices very reasonable. Oh and the coffee is the best I’ve ever had!
