The coffee is really good, I have been a few times now and it has always been consistently fantastic. I haven't tried any of the food yet but maybe next time. Great to sit and enjoy people watching as so many people pass by in the beautiful Old Strand Arcade

Absolutely rude lady running the shop. Did not appear to want any business. There is better quality coffee and pastries, and without the need to convince them you're deserving of basic human decency (leaving aside customer service). 1 star, just because negative is not available.

Unfortunately had arranged to meet friends here and when we all arrived found it closes at 4.30pm on Sunday not 6pm as listed. Disappointed as wanted somewhere close to Theatre Royal before the show started

Pretty overpriced for the quality. I can't think of any cafe in Sydney that doesn't offer lactose free milk. 12 bucks for an apple pie thats of poor quality and not even heated. Better cafes even just 2 steps away. Don't even bother coming here

I ordered an ice chocolate and was given a hot chocolate, then had to pay an extra $2 because of the waitress’s mistake.Staff were rude. Not worth the visit.

Anyone else love breakfast food as much as I do?? After wandering the mall trying to find a place with quality food I “stumbled” across this delight! Amazing food, delicious coffee paired with genuine customer service! Ordering was super easy and the location couldn’t have been better! Couldn’t fault this place! Will return when back in town!

Sweet Infinity serves fantaaaaaastic coffee from The Cat's Pajamas roasters, always served with a smile and always decorated with the most precious of love hearts. I used to go to nearby Romolo, but find Sweet Infinity more fragrant and smooth.

Good service and tasty treats (vanilla slice) and coffee. The strand arcade offers a pleasant view while relaxing over by coffee and treat.
