The dryer was out of order and wasted $18 plus 90mins that I can't get it back. I didnt realise that self serviced laundry means zero service. I have contacted the owner but there is no willingness to compensate or even help with the situation. Be aware of what you are paying for.

10 washers and 12 dryers easy to operate. Coins exchange are available onsite. Credit card payment are also available online. But some washing machines do not add on detergent.

Ezi Laundries is different but still great compared to The Laundry Queen Of Parramatta which used to be in these premises! Everything is well laid out, clean and neat. Other than adding laundry powder according to the instructions on the washing machines, but not according to the notice on the wall, we had no issues with the washing or drying of our quilts. The instructions were easy to follow and the machines worked efficiently and quickly. There were three load size machines to choose from: 9kg for $6, 14kg for $9 which we used and the largest at 18kg for $12. We sat and chatted for the 26 minutes it took to wash, then transferred them to the dryers. $6 for 30 and 30 minutes was all it took for the quilts to dry. There is 24/7 surveillance, change machines, credit card paying options as well as an app to use to pay. It was quick and easy! We will be back!

Everything is great, except they don’t have a tap feature. You have an option to create an account but when you create an account and top it up there is a surcharge. there is a coin option though. the cost of dryer is 1 dollar for 5 minutes. they look new. one more thing no place to sit inside

Visited this place for laundry when I was staying around Paramatta. It is good that it is open 24 hours, so that you can visit any time of the day. I visited during the night, and the place was empty. Car park is right outside here. I'm not sure about the day, but at night, the street parking was empty. Laundry usage instructions are displayed on the wall, which is easy to follow. Large washers and dryers are available. The smallest washer was 14 kg, and I had a load of clothes, but way less than capacity, it didn't wash that well. They say detergents are automatically added, but I think that is not sufficient, I wasn't happy with the result. Washers are charged based on cycle. Dryers time can be variable as per your need. You can keep adding coins for extra time. Clothes dried quickly.

Super easy to use, if you don't have coins there is a coin machine or you can always create an Ezi account and avail the option. Machines are very efficient and drying is effective. Worth checking out. Definitely recommend.

What a great spot. Everything was well organised and instructions were great. Operation were so easy and very clean place. Thank you Bob for your help today. First time using a laundromat and found the best service near home.
