Went in with an overflowing coolant reservoir and asked to buy a radiator cap. The guys there went above and beyond testing the cooling system to work out what might be going wrong before selling me the cap, great service when I didn't have a booking but was in need of advice.

I was very impressed with their efficiency and overall professionalism. They did the radiator changeover in three hours while I waited, they gave a senior discount, a 3 year warranty, and were about 50% lower in price than another quote I had, who would have only been able to do the job a month from now. So I highly recommend Natrad Moorabbin. Thanks to them.

This place is awesome! I recently bought a car which was a former mining vehicle and the A/C was not working properly. These guys fixed everything up (even the vent controls), communicated well and did not try to upsell when I asked them to check the radiator, too. It only needed a clean, and they were honest about it. Definitely my go to place for everything heating & cooling now.

Great experience; what was refreshing for me was when I cold called asking for advice with my air conditioning the boys on the phone were extremely friendly and accommodating. They made the booking extremely easy and even called the next day to move forward my appointment. I found the price to be good and my cars AC works great now.

I'd been quoted a ridiculous amount to fix a car aircon, in fact I was told it needed replacing. Decided to enlist Mr. Google to find an aircon specialist in the auto repair mecca of Moorabbin and was led to NATRAD. The boys there helped me on the spot and fixed the aircon for a fraction of the amount of was previosly quoted. While I didn't expect to have it fixed on the spot - they found the time. Now that's service! No doubt this business will go well servicing the trade and locals. Thanks guys!
