We really appreciate the great customer service provided by CPI. They fit us into their busy schedule to carry out a pre-purchase building inspection. Scott was very thorough and talked me through the findings in the building report. They saved us a lot of money by picking up defects that we would not have noticed at all we really appreciate they way Julie helped us with our enquiries. We have just finished building our first home and to be honest, most of the whole ordeal has been an absolute nightmare. I will never build again... but if I had to, or if anyone I know needs an inspection, I will not hesitate to recommend CPI. Julie was quick to respond and incredibly helpful with all of my questions on the whole process. Scott was thorough and extensive in his inspection and reporting which has ensured a quality finish for our home! I have selected Scott to do the inspections for a new house in Pallara. Both frame and practical handover stages. He did a great job with his professional skills. Frame stage, he reported the quality is average and identified a big issue. The builder spent 1 more month to make it good. I would highly recommend this service.

Julie and Scott were amazing to work with. Julie was always responsive and helped us work around builder delays.Scott was incredibly thorough in our new build inspection and his report was meticulous. All defects were photographed and very clearly detailed which was very helpful for us.We had CPI recommended to us by word of mouth and we will do the same should anyone need an amazing experience with building inspections.

Absolutely amazing experience with CPI. Super quick in communication and easy to book.Our inspection consultant Scott is an absolute gem. He is polite, reassuring and most of all very meticulous.
