United Port Wakefield (Pie Face)

Not impressed with the service. The person who served me had a earpiece in his ear and was more interested in his phone call than anything else. I won't stopping here again.

More than just a service station, this one had the pie face that will blow your mind with the range. Give the vegan cheeseburger pie a go, it was amazing. Helpful friendly staff and the toilets were clean. Nice layout and plenty of other well priced snacks and food. Also plenty of parking and areas to relax outside no matter your vehicle size

Stopped here last Friday night for a Coffee on the way home as we've never been here before.The toilets were very clean and the Coffee was very good. I felt for the girl at the counter being there on her own to serve at the counter, make Coffee and run the pumps, however she seemed very capable of keeping everything moving.We've never had a Pie form Pie Face, and they looked quiet interesting, and had put it on our bucket list. It was also possible to grab a couple from the Fridge and I think that's a good idea.Overall, a good experience.

Akhil is always so friendly and helpful at 5am when I stop for food! Store is clean and always has everything I need.

food was just absolutely shocking. the $11.00 toastie smelled very odd, almost like airport food or a plastic smell. I asked if the lady serving could smell it also, to which she said the smell was “the cheese”. My friend and I could not eat either of our toasties and had to throw them out. I then went back in to get chicken bites, which were so incredibly dry they quite literally were solid rocks. I cannot describe how dry these were, needed severe water consumption as a means to not choke. Keep in mind the lady serving did not attempt any apology, and kept explaining her and co-workers are “fine” with these smells and textures …. just terrible. My advice : Eat at the 24 Hour servo down the road!

I’ve read other reviews and found a lot of variations on opinion and satisfaction. We call in every time we pass through PW and occasionally at the end of the day the bathrooms are needing a clean. They can’t be spotless all the time as it’s the public making the mess.Fuel prices are always the best. Spacious fuelling area and easy access. The self serve coffee is good quality and value. The food and drinks are of a great standard for highway takeaways with the bakery line a point of difference. We always find the hardworking staff ready to return a smile. We will continue to support them in their venture.Management needs to pay more attention to understaffing and tidiness.

Difficult to get into as you have to enter what is perceived via the back entrance. The first time I've used it since the new road works, while heading back to Adelaide.Then I asked my wife to pay for the petrol before finishing filling the tank. Initially charged $115 for half a tank of petrol plus a few nibbles. She decided to question this. Yet another long wait in line.Luckily the attendant was able to recover the receipt and notice the error, then promptly refunded $50+. That's a big error. From now on I will request a copy of the receipt and make other cars wait while I pay for my petrol. The setup of the petrol tanks needs looking at.

Been coming here recently and having really enjoyable experiences with both Service and Goods. Pies are really good and Akhil has to be the nicest service station attendant I've met, keep up the good work

The entire shop smelt like a men’s urinal and the toilets have not been properly cleaned in a long time, the toilets were dirty and sinks had visible soap scum build up. Will avoid stopping here next time.
