I rent through PRD Kingscliff and my experience with Danella and Ruby As the property team has been nothing short of exceptional. After speaking with a number of agents we engaged PRD (Joe Taylor) to sell our property at Kingscliff. Joe achieved a fabulous sales result for us and was outstanding, from initial enquiry to settlement of property. As interstate owners we were unable to cross the border, and the work Joe did for us to ready the property (pre and post sale) was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and Joe went above and beyond what we would have expected from an agent. We found Joe to be super responsive, highly proactive in his communication with us, and very easy to work with. If we could rate Joe 10/5 we would do so.

As an investment property owner, I would like to warn my peers, to be selective when you choose your property manager.I applied for a fresh rental property, offered over 5% above the asking price and the agency says the owner has approved an applicant days ago and they will not present any other offers to the owner. As an owner, I know that 5% matters and I would not approve an applicant days before the ad went up. Too many cowboys still in this industry...
