Not helpfull the lady in the bathroom area serving didnt want to assist or had no idea about the product i brought in to replace so i went down the road where they were more than helpfull and much more reasonable with prices i ended up getting all of my bathroom accesories for my renovation from thrifty plumbing there gems.

The most incompetent store in Sydney even other store manages have advised me that the prices on my account are …. when I asked them what they thought.When I asked them to move my account to a different branch they begged me to stay and assured me they would fix it up and that it was only because a new rep started etc so I thought ok I’ll give the guy a chance it’s been more then a year and nothings changed. (The guy nearly cried on the phone just to stay with him as the home branch)PATHETIC!!!Will be closing my account with Reece ASAP.
