Lots of good sized healthy trees but many didn’t have price tags on them so that’s was frustrating

I think my experience is probably an anomaly, but nonetheless I am very disappointed with the service. This morning I tried to call a couple of times to ask if I could pick my own tree and have it delivered. No-one answered, so I drove over to take a look at the trees and ask the team. The staff told me that it was not possible to do this. They told me to order the 7 foot tree online as they had stock. I drove home and tried to order it (less than an hour later), and they had sold out. When I called to ask if I could have one of the many I'd looked at earlier they told me I should have ordered online when I was at the location.Appreciate it is a busy time of year but the communication with a customer clearly ready to purchase from the business could certainly be improved.

This Christmas Tree farm has been around for 30+ years and has excellent quality Christmas trees and customers service. In the last few years it has a Christmas Market every weekend before Christmas.

I've wanted a real tree for years, but never been able to afford one. This year, my partner surprised me with one as an early Christmas present as I'm having surgery and won't be able to do my normal Christmas tree decoration tradition with the kids.The tree is amazing. It's so full and vibrant, and my house smells beautiful.

I have been getting my Christmas tree from here for over 20 years. An amazing, family owned and run business. Very friendly, very helpful and lovely trees.

I have been going to Melbourne Christmas tree farm since I was a young child. This experience I now have with my own children who love the joy of selecting the perfect tree, getting to cut it down and take it home. The tree farm staff are a family business who care about their customers, their father used to sell my family Christmas trees and now the sons sell the trees to me, I love this and as they really want you to come back every year and remember you each year. This year we were so busy we selected delivery, it arrived fresh and green and the delivery driver carried it through to my outdoor area where a temporary bucket of water was waiting. Thankyou for my beautiful 2.1 metre tall tree that makes Christmas really special. People comment every year in our beautiful tree.

Company took my mother's money and delivered a tree in Riddels Creek at the start of December (2 days late mind you) and then refused to collect it stating the suburb is too far. As she had purchased the collection and you've taken her money, are you not required to meet your contractual obligations? Especially since you delivered the tree to the suburb in the first place, there is no excuse stating it is too far.

As I’m getting older it’s to difficult to go cut down my tree and I love the smell of a real treeI was so happy to get my tree delivered it was perfect and looked and smelt fantasticAnd if I had wanted they would come in and install it .Such a great service they offer and that’s not all they will be back to take it away after ChristmasThank you for a wonderful wonderful service

So impressed with the quality of our 6ft tree, especially for the reasonable price point. It’s almost like it’s still live, it was so fresh on arrival. I was sceptical about having someone select & deliver my tree, sight unseen, as I would normally want to do that myself. But Melbourne Christmas Tree Farm carefully chose a perfect tree, and left it safely on our doorstep 24hrs after ordering it. For all the time and effort I saved, I will definitely be back again year after year! Thanks team, and merry Christmas :)
