Natrad Raymond Terrace

Natrad Raymond Terrace was highly recommended to me by a repairer in Salamander Bay, because my damaged radiator was from a very early Holden, and I was assured it would be fixed, and fixed properly. It was! I must commend Darren from Natrad Raymond Terrace, for his help, kindness and understanding. He fixed my old radiator using parts from another which I'd purchased for that purpose. Darren is very competent, very efficient, and, above all, a gentleman. He told me more about my old radiator after only a few seconds' looking at it, than I thought was possible. His costs were very reasonable. This really is the type of brilliant service one would have expected in the '60s or '70s, but not these days. Thanks a million, Darren!!

was referred the Natrad Raymond Terrace and they were able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue we were having with the air conditioner (something that the Nissan dealer service was unable to do), in addition they also fixed a cabin filter cap that was incorrectly installed by the dealer service.Would highly recommend using this business.

Thanks Darren for fixing the air conditioning on my 28 year old Troopcarrier. You had to search a bit to find the right part for the old thing but now it's back to it's best.Darren is a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend his services.

Gave them a call and the help Darren provided was excellent/ fair dinkum and no bull, he rung around and sourced a radiator for me, that everyone else was week/ month to getting one and he had one shipped overnight and the price was really excellent! Great service!!

I was told by a mechanic that I needed a new compressor and was going to cost me $1800. I took my car to Darren for a second opinion and it ended up only needing a new part of the compressor costing me $500. Best customer service, Darren went above and beyond! 100% recommend!

Needed a new radiator TODAY to install for a trip tomorrow. Rang at 8, was told the part would be there by 10:30 - actually there at 9.45. Brilliant!!!. Yes it cost more than an ebay cheapy but was there in time to fit, comes with a warranty I can actually claim if need be and to top it all off, everyone I came into contact with at their store was super friendly and helpful
