We like Bonbons cakes very very much! This store is our first choice to purchase cake for any occasions that we would like to celebrate… they never made us disappointed and we always could find a great, fresh and delicious cake with a proper design for our celebrations. Their coffee and other sweets are good, never disappointed. Certainly come back again for next celebration! Highly recommended!

The staffs were so grumpy - there was some sort of deals going on but I didn't really care. So I picked some breads and queued up to pay. It was the end of the day so the queue was long. The cashier sent me back to get other breads, saying it's not the combo deal. So I went to get another one, queued again then got told at the cashier that still not the right deal".No one has the patience to explain what was the "deal" they are talking about

Though we like the bread and the variety that the bakery offers, the customer service there is substandard. Today the rudeness of a male staff has hit the limit. I hope the owner should remind their staff of the basic customer service requirements and courtesy and respect especially to the elderly. Continuous rude and jerky attitude doesn't do any good to the business for the long term.

This Bonbons probably has the best window presentation I've ever seen around Southeast Melbourne, not to mention their flavours are as good as how they look. I love their matcha cream and red bean buns and pineapple bun, soft and delicious. But a lot of their breads are quite expensive, make sure you check their price tags before purchase.

Whenever I see an Asian bakery, the key test is their pineapple bun. A traditional sweet and fluffy soft bread bun so soft, that the sweet crust complements it like a symphony.Unfortunately, their pineapple bun is anything but fluffy. It almost resembles a normal bread roll with the crust pasted onto it. In my opinion, they have failed the fundamentals for a key product for an Asian bakery.Having said that, some of their other items particularly cakes seems to be quite nice therefore the 3 stars. I look forward to the day when they can share on their social media that they have perfected the pineapple bun so I can revisit my review for them!

Walked pass and saw all those wide varieties of pastry displayed on the other side of the glass. It looked amazing and decided to give it a go. Grabbed some pastries and took it home. Had a bite and to be honest nothing especial. It tasted average.For the look I would day 5 star but taste wise 1. So giving 2 star. Need a bit more work on the taste and flavour.I would say bakers delight is much better than this.Not my fav.
