The food is FRESH and lovely. I have been waiting anxiously for yum cha to arrive in the Southern Highlands and it has landed beautifully. Really clean too! I will be a regular!

Delicious selection of quality dumplings that are freshly prepared from the highest quality produce.The Chicken & mushroom steamed dumplings were beautifully prepared and sensational. Flavoursome with a succulent texture.Will makes his own Char Sui (BBQ Pork in house and it is devineThe pork buns are to die for, rich and sweet with a light dough. Big Wow factor from the Char Sui (BBQ Pork) deep fried Spring Rolls, an incredible taste sensation.Pork & Buk Choy dumplings were delicious & delicate.Prices are reasonable and quality is high. Will cooks in the pristine clean kitchen before your eyes maintaining strict hygiene, nothing is hidden.You can dine in with Chinese tea and the presentation is wonderful. Take away is available .Service is Courtois, warm and friendly.Will's is a must if you love great dumplings you'd find in Hong Kong. Highest recommendation.

Absolutely delicious dumplings. If you are in, or passing through Bowral, do yourself a favour. The shop is directly opposite the famous Gumnut Patisserie so it is easy to find and very convenient to visit.Will is a local legend and there is just so much care and love that go into his dumplings.Can't recommend highly enough.

Make sure you go and eat incredible food.We went to Will’s Kitchen today and the dumplings were perfect. We had a selection from the menu and then had seconds. The owner was friendly, clean, the whole experience was exceptional. If you live in Bowral or are just visiting like us it’s not to be missed. We took our children (2.5 and 4 year old) and they loved it. Thank you very much.
