Been going here for a bit & it’s a bit hit & miss. Tend not to listen & cut too much off when all i want is a slight trim. Chunks are cut out making hair uneven. Please would you just listen next time & do what I ask. Keep the length just a slight trim instead of taking off an inch of hair. I don’t know how many times I need to explain this. $30 is a lot of money these days for a hair cut, don’t rush it & please listen. Now my hair is all over the place & lost a lot of the colour I wanted to keep. You can always cut less. Don’t cut too much because you can’t go back from that. I specifically said 1 cm only!

They DONT LISTEN!I am done going to this place!You should listen to your customers Once and for all stop giving the same haircut to all your customers! When I said don’t use razor I meant don’t thin my hair and there you go thinner my hair without LISTENING! There are other good places to go in warringah mall plz don’t go there!

I have been going to Jenny and her team for many years now. Its an absolute pleasure to arrive here and being greeted with a smile from all of the staff. Jenny and the team do a great job on my hair. No request is too difficult and I get an amazing cut every rime.

Just a quick shout out to this hairdresser. The staff are amazing and always accommodating to your every need. They just don’t stop at hair but trim eyebrows and ear hair (outside only haha) too and always listen to what you want in a hair cut. The many years I’ve been going there I haven’t had to wait past 10mins or so which is amazing given that there’s only like 4 chairs. As long as they are open I’ll be heading back there to get my hair cut every time.

I can’t speak highly enough of this salon. Jenny is the definition of perfection when it comes to haircutting and coloring. I’ve been getting compliments daily as a result of her work! Pricing is more than reasonable.

I went to Hair@JennyJ for the first time recently and they were amazing! Friendly and efficient service and reasonably priced. The hairdresser I had did an amazing job - I was so happy with my hair afterwards and will definitely be back :)
