Housekeeping WA

Have used the company for 2-3 years. I have found the communication to be excellent, many email updates, always able to contact them with issues or reschedule appointment if necesssry. The level of coordination is excellent. Cleaners have been always on time, and generally of excellent quality. Despite the Covid pandemic, have not had trouble with cleaners not showing up. Payment is easy using prepaid vouchers. And feeling more at ease in dealing with a cleaning company than individual cleaners, from a security perspective. Would continue to use.

DONT BE FOOLED! This so called family business doesn't even warrant 1 star. they are basically a scam! when you book you talk to a guy who sounds quite polite and nice on the phone. we had to pre pay for everything so there's no chance of a refund if you aren't satisfied. we paid for a full vacate deep clean including oven and windows. we questioned the amount of time they had allocated as we thought it wouldn't be enough. they assured us it would and if not they would call at the end of the day and see if we would be happy to pay for extra hours which we were happy enough to do. the cleaners rocked up and basically complained from the start about the size of the job after we told them they hadn't allocated enough time.the so called "window cleaner" didn't even know how to remove fly screens so only cleaned half the windows. we don't even know if they actually did any cleaning as we left the house for the day. as you can see by the photos. they wiped some of the mirrors but couldn't be bothered getting a step so they just left the top bits they couldn't reach. we got back about 4 as they were packing up. they just left without saying anything. we then inspected the job and discovered how unsatisfactory it had been done. we emailed and asked if they were returning to finish as they didn't call as promised.they basically said no so we asked for a refund and they refused. we then rang and asked to speak to the nice guy who does the bookings but they refused to let us speak to him. we then got put onto Kath who is as rude as they come. she basically threatened my wife

I have used housekeeping WA for over a year and have found them to always be professional. They are easy to deal with and always do a very good clean. I definitely recommend them!

Great service and always provide a professional clean. Cleaning crews are on time, efficient, thorough deep clean and always friendly. Office staff are helpful for arranging cleaning times and services.

I work as service provider for clients with House Keeping, WA. The rates are good and they have flexi days or hours that we can be adjusted with our schedule ( weekends excluded) The weekly roster is also based in and around our residential suburb. The best thing is we can work with a partner of our choice . The owner and the staff are considerate and approachable.

I was delighted with the hard work that Abdi did in cleaning and scrubbing the bathrooms toilets and laundry in my house. My extensive list was completed to a very high standard within my 4 hour slot. Definitely recommend.
