100% the best course I’ve done I did mine with Zac in Townsville and he was full of knowledge and made the course fun too highly recommended

An excellent, cram packed 4 hours of training with Zac. He was a very good trainer; heaps of experience in the field as well as teaching training courses.There was a lot to get through & he kept everyone engaged & actively participating.I gave this 4 stars, because quite a few participants had difficulty finding the venue. I suggest that in the explanatory email that is sent out when booking the course online, a better description of the venue & how to get there, is included. It was on a corner & in the bottom room of a row of offices. That extra information would have saved time & angst.Also, it’s important to tell participants prior that there is no morning/afternoon tea break so we could have brought in a snack if required.Overall, highly recommended.

I had Phil today to train me for my First Aid, CPR and Provide Basic Emergency Life Support. I really appreciated how amazing it was to learn these essential skills to save someones life. This course was great, and I highly recommend anyone to do it. For $135 for 3 Units, and all that phenomal life saving skills. Thanks.

Phil Murray was an excellent presenter with very quality real life examples. Very good clear instructions and great people sills.The venue was hard to breath in.

Well I've done a couple of first aid courses over the years and yesterday I had to do my CPR. Without question the instructor 'Zac' was by far the best ever I've ever had. A great communicator and experienced.

Achieving my First Aid course gave me a positive feeling. I learnt that some treatments had change from when I completed one quite a few years ago. Reading the book from beginning to end was essential, as it covered so many different areas. Not only helping you to answer the correct answer, but then it allowed you to understand what Zac was explaining and demonstrating techniques in the course. It also helped by Zac using life experience examples.

The course was amazing and had the best teacher who really made it not drag out and shared his passion for first aid and acting in emergency. He did an amazing job of placing an importance on these essential life skills. Very please! Best first aid course I have done

Zac is very knowledgeable, hilarious and fun. This course ended up being a great way to spend a Sunday morning! It was good to brush up on important skills while having fun.

Cannot speak highly enough about my training this morning, our trainer was Zac in Townsville and absolutely brilliant the best trainer I have had in all my years of having to do courses. Well done Zac great environment, enthusiasm, and no one left behind.
