I was so happy with my service at Kilkenny Automasters. I rang up to get a quote on my car to fix it, who I spoke to at auto masters were very upfront and honest with me on price due to not seeing the car. I appreciate the upfront transparency and then the level of efficiency received also - my car ended up being cheaper than quoted and finished in a day! I’d highly recommend auto masters Kilkenny if you want a good honest and genuine service. Thank you

Andrew and the team were excellent. Communication was prompt, the issue was diagnosed quickly, and, once the warranty with a third party was sorted, the repair was completed promptly. Regarding the warranty, we had been experiencing difficulties for several weeks. Thanks to Andrew’s assistance and advocacy, the warranty was sorted and we finally could get the car fixed. Our future services and repairs will be with the Kilkenny branch.

Completed job, well priced. Could improve on having a more welcoming approach. Felt ignored initially. Unsure if the mechanics are instructed to ignore customers to remove ‘time wasting’ however a smile or a look to acknowledge is still pretty quick and would probably encourage more business. Booking person did all of the paperwork and feedback regarding job. Off street parking available.

As someone with limited car knowledge, finding the right mechanic to trust can be a difficult journey! This was the first time I’ve sent my car to be serviced and the KK branch definitely exceeded my expectations.Dave’s honest and friendly demeanour was definitely noted, as well as his proactivity in scheduling me in for a last minute service at a time that was conducive to my schedule. He answered all of my questions pre and post the servicing - taking the time to explain what they’ve done and translate some of the terminology to me. They serviced my car faster than expected and he left me feeling assured and slightly more knowledgeable. The customer service displayed was nothing short of outstanding and I would definitely recommend Dave and this branch!

The team are extremely professional at Auto Masters, Kilkenny. My car is driving like a dream now thanks to the mechanical team. I will be a returning customer for the foreseeable future and Andrew was a delightful gentleman when explaining the issues i had with my vehice.I really appreciate the attention to detail and affordability. No waiting did the auto transmission oil change the next day, happy with the out come, if I have the money I will use their services again. I was impressed with the vehicle Inspection Report Video making it very transparent to what repairs are needed, I was a bit disappointed I couldn't download the video for future reference as to what repairs are needed.

Pleasant experience with Andrew, everything was so transparent and easy. Loved the fact they they video your car and what the required parts look like.My car was spotless and smelt amazing when I picked it up. Not to mention all the freebies that I received from Auto Masters.Highly recommend.
